In spring 2007 I became dead for the entire world. For my friends, partners, whole country. Being accused of $ 175 000 investor fraud, I was detained by Interpol in Heathrow Airport in London. That was the day I died and ended up in hell – high security prison where I spent 2 the most terrible and enlightened years of my life.

Oddly enough, what I found out back there in hell, helps me today build the right true business and better team. Because that’s where I saw all the essence of leadership and ability to motivate people, deal with people of different background and achieve goals while staying alive.

My name is Robert Bassili. Australian businessman, investor, philanthropist. Co-founder and member of the Board of Directors in «Green Bee Asset Management LLC», who runs business in Ukraine.
The one that:
• at the age of 18 started working in the Australian bank;
• at the age of 25 became member of the Board of Directors;
• at the age of 30 turned 1,5 million investment into 40 million profit;
• at the age of 42 bought engineering company consisting of 6 people which now provides employment for more than 350 people.

I’m not guru and I won’t be teaching you how to live. I’ll share my experience and you may make your own conclusions.
